Shipping Rates & Delivery Times – Domestic

Processing Time: Once you place an order, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing as all items are made to order.  We do carry some stock for accessories and mugs at this stage. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • We ship with either Australia Post or Sendle.
  • We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible, however they may be subject to delays outside of our control.
  • Standard Domestic Shipping: $9.95 (estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days)
  • All orders include a tracking number.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, selected shipping method, and the weight of the items in your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before finalising your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or mis delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed and shipped.
