By creating a SPS account, and shopping online, you agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to you in respect of the SPS Loyalty Program.
Definitions Savage Print Studio Loyalty Program refers to the Savage Print Studio Loyalty program which allows individuals to receive benefits with a Savage Print Studio account, after applicable purchase on the website. Savage Print Studio account refers to the individual’s account on Savage Print Studio’s website, to earn and redeem points. Member/Individual/User means an individual or customer who has been allocated a Savage Print Studio membership number and whose Savage Print Studio membership has not been terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Online/Website means www.savageprintstudio.com.au Points refers to the rewards received after applicable purchase. Redeem Points refers to the points that may be used as dollar(s) off a final price. What are Savage Print Studio Loyalty Points?
Savage Print Studio Loyalty Points are what you collect when you purchase our online store through an existing Savage Print Studio account www.savageprintstudio.com.au. If stated certain promotions and sales will not allow users to earn or redeem points.
You are unable to earn points using other points.
How can I earn & redeem Points?
To earn points:
For every $10 spent, the customer will earn 1 Point- Earn 1 Point for every $10 you spend
To redeem points:
For every 100 Points redeemed at checkout, the customer will receive $10 off the final price.
When are my Points available for use?
Points can take up to 48 hours before they are available for redemption.
Will my Points expire?
Yes, any unused points in your account will expire after twelve months from the date you last made a purchase.
Can I share my Points?
No, all points earned by the individual member are unable to sell, share, or transfer points to other users.
What happens when I cancel my order? Or need a refund?
If you earn points on an order you have cancelled/refunded, you will receive the points back which were redeemed on the cancelled/refunded order. Savage Print Studio reserves the right to determine whether the customer is eligible to earn back the points from the initial purchase – this will be at the discretion of Savage Print Studio.

What are my responsibilities about my membership?
You will need to keep your personal details updated by updating your Savage Print Studio account or calling Savage Print Studio. It is advisable all data is kept up to date, as Savage Print Studio may not be able to provide points and fulfill your orders – we may need to cancel your membership.
It is your responsibility to keep your Savage Print Studio account safe and secure. Please treat your password as your confidential information. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised use or access to your account. This includes that you must not use a password for your Savage Print Studio account which you have used for any other of your other online accounts. You acknowledge that unauthorised access to your Savage Print Studio account and personal information may occur if you do not take these steps.
Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by you arising from your participation in the Savage Print Studio Loyalty program is your responsibility.
Membership
Both Savage Print Studio and the individual member reserve the right to refuse or terminate the membership of the Savage Print Studio Loyalty Program.
Individual membership is non-transferable.
If a membership is terminated from the Savage Print Studio Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future points will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
Points
Points are exclusive to individuals who have a Savage Print Studio account and website orders only.
To earn or redeem points, the individual must be logged in to their Savage Print Studio account. Individuals are unable to earn or redeem points on order outside of their Savage Print Studio website account.
Savage Print Studio will not be held responsible or liable if rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.
Savage Print Studio cannot apply reward on a purchase where the payment has been finalised. Individuals must redeem reward(s) before they finalise their payment.
The Savage Print Studio Rewards Program Terms and Conditions may be modified at any point in time without prior notification by Savage Print Studio in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may apply to a member.
