I want a design in a different colour or style than what is showing. Can you print it for me?
Absolutely! Just let us know via our Contact Us page or email (info@savageprintstudio.com.au) the design you want and in what style and colour and we’ll create it for you to purchase.
I have an idea for a T-shirt. Can you design and print it for me?
We can do basic custom tees for an additional $10 design fee with no minimum order quantities. E.g. a simple text slogan or phrase. Email us at info@savageprintstudio.com.au with your requirements.
Where is my order?
All items are printed to order and most are shipped within 7-10 business days. You should expect to receive your order 7-10 business days after placing it.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days from dispatch, while international orders may take 7-14 business days. However, please note that these are estimated times and can vary.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our top priority is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Although we strive for accuracy, occasions may arise where we mistakenly send the wrong t-shirt or overlook a minor mark on a shirt. However, it’s important to note that such issues represent less than 1% of our orders, which we consider to be a pretty impressive track record. In the unlikely event that any such issues arise, we will handle them promptly and efficiently to your satisfaction.
Are the products on your website true to size?
We strive to provide accurate sizing information for each product. However, please note that sizing may vary slightly between different brands and styles. We recommend referring to the specific size charts provided on the product pages to ensure the best fit.
How can I contact your customer support team?
You can contact our customer support team by email, phone, or through the contact form on our website. Our customer support representatives are available during business hours to assist you with any inquiries or concerns.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards that can be purchased directly from our website. They make a perfect gift for friends and family who love fashion.
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
We will replace an item if it has been delivered incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/size) or with defects. Email us a photo of the item received showing the issue and we will send out a replacement at no charge. No need to send back the incorrect or defective item.
Incorrect Sizing
We print all tees to order so unfortunately we can’t offer refunds in this case. If this happens, contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
What are your T-shirts made from?
Most of our T’s are 100% cotton except marles which contain 15% viscose by AS Colour, are ethically sourced and utilise the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology to deliver retail quality prints with amazing colours and industry-leading wash durability.
How do I wash a garment with DTG printing?
- Cold wash only
- Avoid harsh detergents
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron the print area
- Line dry inside out
- Wash before wearing
Why wash before wearing?
You may notice a slight odour from the printing process, but it’s non-toxic and will disappear after the first wash.
